I had a rather mixed experience at The Hanoi Club. The location, while picturesque by the West Lake, felt a bit far from the main attractions of Hanoi. but the views were stunning. My room was clean and comfortable, though I encountered some minor issues like the breakfast variety being limited. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there were some areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are nice-sized and clean with comfortable beds. I particularly enjoyed the view over the West Lake from my room, which felt modern and well-equipped.
Service
8.0
While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, I found some inconsistencies in service. The reception felt a bit impersonal compared to other hotels I've stayed at.
Location
8.0
The location by West Lake is excellent for relaxation. but it's a bit of a hike to reach the main tourist areas, which can be inconvenient for exploration at night.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from, including delicious made-to-order pho. However, it could have had more variety and the dining area needed attention regarding cleanliness.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts great facilities including a lovely pool overlooking the lake, and a well-equipped gym. but the pool could use more frequent cleaning.

My stay at The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences had some great moments but also left me feeling quite disappointed overall. I enjoyed the gym and pool amenities with lovely views, but the service and room quality did not meet my expectations. While I appreciated the breakfast options, the dining choices were lacking in variety compared to other places I've stayed in Vietnam.

Rooms
6.0
My room was spacious with a stunning view of the lake, though it had some issues with cleanliness. The bathroom felt grubby, and the supplies were not as high-end as expected.
Service
5.0
The reception staff were fine but not overly friendly or helpful, which impacted my overall experience. I expected more attentive service given the hotel’s reputation.
Location
7.0
The location is just outside the bustling Old Quarter, which makes for a surprisingly quiet stay at night. However, this did make it a bit inconvenient for accessing many tourist attractions.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, but overall dining options lacked excitement. I was hoping for more local flavors and choices throughout my stay.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features great amenities like a gym, sauna, steam room, and a pool that overlooks the lake. However, I noticed the pool could use more regular cleaning as there were some dead mosquitoes floating around.

I had a nice stay at The Hanoi Club, though I was taken aback by the area upon arrival. However, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. My first room was decent, but I was pleasantly surprised with a much larger room on my return. The breakfast could use more variety, but overall, it was a good experience.

Rooms
9.0
My rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a comfy bed and a fabulous bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. The second room was a good surprise, much larger than the first.
Service
9.0
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay more enjoyable despite minor concerns.
Location
7.0
Though The Hanoi Club is a bit out of the center, the serene atmosphere near the lake was refreshing. However, accessing tourist areas required a bit of walking or a taxi.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was okay but lacked variety, and some items weren't replenished quickly if you arrived late.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered great amenities like a big pool and a gym. I enjoyed the lovely views from the pool area.

The hotel's location near West Lake was quite appealing, providing a quiet escape from the busy city. However, it was a bit distant from central attractions, requiring taxi rides for nightlife.

I had a mixed experience at The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences. The stunning views over West Lake were a highlight, and I appreciated the friendly staff. However, the initial check-in process felt a bit off, and I found the rooms a bit smaller than expected with some decor that seemed dated. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements in room conditions would enhance the experience.

Rooms

My Premier Double Room with Lake View was comfortable, but the decor felt a little tired. I also found the space smaller than I anticipated, which made it feel a bit cramped.
Service
7.0
Staff were generally friendly, although the reception service lacked a personal touch that I found in other hotels. Some interactions felt a bit rushed.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was nice, being close to the West Lake and away from the noise of the Old Quarter, but I found the immediate area outside to be a bit dirty.
Dining

Dining options at the hotel were decent, with enjoyable meals by the pool, but I found the overall selection to be somewhat average compared to other places I've enjoyed.
Facilities
